These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made on the Rouge Technologies Ltd website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
Who We Are
Rouge Technologies Ltd is a UK-based retailer selling mainly new, used, and professionally refurbished technology, including smartphones, laptops, gaming equipment, accessories, and related products. Our product range can extend beyond these categories.
Placing an Order
When you place an order, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old
- The information you provide is accurate
- You are authorised to use the payment method used at checkout
- A contract is formed only once your payment is successful and you receive an order confirmation email from us.
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order before dispatch if there is a pricing error, stock issue, or suspected fraud.
Product Condition & Descriptions
We aim to describe all products clearly and accurately.
- New items are unused and in an original, sealed box.
- Opened box items can be either in the original box or without box.
- Used or refurbished items may show signs of previous use and will be described accordingly.
Minor cosmetic marks that do not affect performance are not considered faults.

Prices & Availability
All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
Prices, product details, and availability may change at any time before an order is confirmed. If an obvious pricing error occurs, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Payment
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering using the payment methods shown at checkout.
Orders will not be dispatched until payment has been received and verified.
Fraud Prevention & Verification
To protect our customers and our business, we may carry out security checks. This may include requesting additional information such as ID or proof of address.
All items are recorded by serial number to help prevent fraudulent claims. Where fraud is suspected, we may cancel orders and work with payment providers or authorities if required.
Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Responsibility for the goods passes to you once the order is delivered to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure delivery details are correct, as we are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect information.
Your Right to Cancel
Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.
To cancel, you must notify us clearly (for example, via our contact form or email).
Returned items must:
- Be sent back within 14 days of cancellation
- Be in the same condition as received
- Include all accessories
You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
Your rights are protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
If an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. Faults reported within 30 days may qualify for a full refund.
This does not affect your legal rights.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once returned items are received and checked.
Processing times depend on your payment provider and take 3-5 working days.
VAT & Invoices
We sell items under both the VAT Margin Scheme and the VAT Standard Rate Scheme. If VAT status is important for your order, please reach out before making your order and we will confirm what status the item falls under.

We are not directly affiliated with or endorsed by the brands we sell. All trademarks and brand names belong to their respective owners.
Changes to These Terms
